Madara said it himself; only physical attacks works on him; who are the bests at that department: Guy and Lee; and 8th gate of death will be something useful and strong. Shikamaru is a great strategist; he is most certainly needed. Hinata's gentle fist is not as good as he father's; he could be in this "superteam" if gentle fist is needed; and she is a much worse combatant than Guy and Lee.
