NV Anime's Power Ups > Manga power ups?

Some says anime just exaggerated the user's power ups and if manga said otherwise, that power ups is "non exist". Dont u think Kishi actually have permitted it, btw it is his creation, how can the anime ppls created such power ups without his consent? And why we cant bring any anime add-ups and power-ups into the debate?
