NUNS3 Question

How do you unlock different support types for different characters? By support types I mean the Balance/Attack/Defend type thing. An example is that I wanted Danzo on my team for defense but I can only select Attack type for him. I've had this issue with a few characters I wanted to have on my team. Anyone got any ideas how you're supposed to get different types of support for all the characters?

you unlock them by playing with them in different modes.

You have to play as them a few times, I don't think the mode matters, probably best to do it in versus mode though.

No and No delete your generation save data you have all the supports unlocked you can't seem unlock the support any other way for Idk

I know, I meant offline versus mode. That way you can set the handicap high so winning the fights won't take that long.

Are you sure on that? That sounds pretty strange but if so, does deleting generations data have any negative effect on the game ? I think having generations is what allows you to have Hokage Suit Naruto.

They unlock automaticaly after a while.

none of these answers are true, well except for one. If you do not already have the unlocked, you must delete your generations saved data and start over In storm 3. It is a glitch that I had to work around myself. its a pain doin story over, but hey, at least now I got all my assist

This. Alternatively you can buy the DLC pack which corresponds to a certain character. For example if you buy the Kage Hat pack you will be able to use Danzo for guard and balance.
