Where do I got to go the Crashing waves coast in story mode I cant find a person to travel me there!

Go to/teleport to the Hidden Cloud. If you teleport there (I highly suggest, it will take too long otherwise) go south toward the bridge. At the end of the bridge there is a Cloud ninja who's sole purpose in the game is to take you to the Crashing Waves Coast. Talk him and he will guide you...
