The whole point of this manga ISN'T power answers everything.
Heck, the chance of Naruto dying is HUGE. There were so many clues pointing to that fact, actually.
There also the chance of him not even dealing the final blow. He might even die before it happens.
In fact, it is actually a good thing those overly strong people die.
Having them would only set villages to search for power.
Because no one is comfortable with people like that around, right?
Sasuke + Naruto on the same village = OP Konoha.
