Just seems odd to me.

ju hachi is 18 bangou is number, so i guess that is the go part though go also means 5 as far as i know, or maybe they're just saying 18 and the go part is because she's a person, as they have a habit of adding stuff behind names, though normally that's not 'go' (i don't know any japanese i just can count to 99)
