You need a Generations profile! I have only played Generations and now Storm 3 so I'm almost 100% sure it is a generations profile!!

EDIT: Sorry missed the other methodes part....Worst case it is possible maybee through enough gameplay/ Ryo earning, but I'm betting it requires a profile!
