i said something kinda similar

i said madara can use only preta path because thats all he showed to be able to use

That really doesn't clear up anything, it just shows that while the other bodies can use the 6 paths jutsu, Nagato and only Nagato can use the Outer Path, but it doesn't mean that he can only use the outer path.

If this logic were vaild, then Madara wouldn't be able to use Preta Path.

The Six Paths is a jutsu that transfers the Rinnegan paths from the Rinnegan wielder to the dead bodies.

Nagato can use the power of the 7th path, but he is not a path, he can use all of them, when he isn't transferring their power to the dead bodies.

The reason why obito has not been using his rinnengan is that his path does not do anything

Obito was using Paths

Each one of the jinchuurikis was supposed to use one path or the other but it was explained that Obito knew that they are fully aware of it's abilities , thus he did not use the paths

Hence with all the paths back in the Mazou , The only path left is the Outer Path

- which is basically used for Reviving the dead.

If he prepares for the Battle differently then yes , maybe he can , but in that battle he divides his powers

Yeah, he divides his powers into the 6 bodies, but once he stops sending his power to them, he can use all the Rinnegan paths.

In the latest Manga chapter Madara is ripping Obito in half to take out the Zetsu to become the 10 tails jinchuriki right ? But Obito has the Rinnengan can't he do anything?
