ok first of all Kabuto said edo Madara was special and that he brought him back in his prime. Also about Nagato his legs were unusable cause of hanzo and thats the way he died and thats the way he was brought back period. 8 tails chakara gave him his youthful look that the gedo mazou took from him.

He was healed by edo tensei and 8 tails chakra. It must of been muscle atrophy why his mobility was bad.
