Well well well it seems my wish or hope more so came true I was hoping tobirama would display more jutsu in this weeks manga and he did. Firstly he almost blitzed madara but thanks to sage mode and being god level madara dodged it had it been ems or Edo madara tobirama would have got him.
Secondly as we also saw in this weeks chapter tobiramas ftg is no longer inferior compared to minatos and what was making his ftg inferior not being able to use kunai and tada here we see him using kunai ftg. Also for those stating he did not land a hit and its still weaker to minatos nope that's not the case it was knocked in the air, more so even if it is still weaker it has improved co pared to tobiramas initial ftg, so no more saying he has nowhere to ftg to he has to place markings first in vs threads.
Thirdly we have confirmation of tobiramas foot speed by madara no less stating he was hailed as the fastest shinobi in his time and this is compared to madara and hashirama nonetheless. He was essentially the minato of his time and granted now we have bm minato and bm minato I would put him as third fastest and even if he is not third his speed has proven to be formidable whereas people thought he was only fast cause of ftg, as a second note so no one disputes this look at the above image madara is surprised when he sees tobirama and that was foot speed not ftg.
Lastly we see a new and very simple yet deadly jutsu from him never mind giant water dome jutsu from kisame which drowns the user tobirama is so good all he has to do is spit at you and its deadly. Now I want to bring to light some facts a out this jutsu. First it is very easy to use as you saw and as hashirama stated his chakra points had been hit making it hard to mold chakra the same can be said for tobirama as we see his body lying on the floor full of them black rods yet he pulls of a suiton jutsu.
Secondly madara did not notice tobirama forming or building up the chakra for the jutsu which means it takes next to no time to utilise meaning given a cqc encounter tobirama could just use this to end an opponent by spitting in their face giving zero or very little time to react depending on who it is. Lastly madara only blocked cause he has sage mode enhancing his sensing which helped and more importantly he has quick reactions and was able to block it and I'm saying madara did not sense the jutsu when it was being formed but when it shot out of his mouth.
Hopefully next week we get some hiruzen feats and jutsu
