Now that the past hokages are back on Naruto's side, whats gonna happen to Konoha ? Will Hashirama return as a Hokage, or will Tsunade continue, or is she dead or will die. What is the future of Konoha Will Kakashi replace Tsunade, or Naruto will fight Sasuke as a Hokage competition ?

the Hokages will get sealed away (unless Orochimaru releases them, which is very doubtful), every heroic character ends up saying that the dead should stay dead, and here it will be the same... as for the new Hokage, it seems as though Naruto and Sasuke will fight for the spot (we'll see how Sasuke's attitude changes as the fight proceeds)... and i'm pretty sure both Tsunade and Kakashi will die sooner or later in this war
