Kamui is for inter-dimensional travel, not for sucking things into your body. If he sucked it using Kamui, the Juubi would be in the Kamui dimension not in his body.

I find it ridiculous that the actual owner of the eye can't use its power as a Juubi Jin but someone whose never used its power uses it as a Juubi Jin almost instantly.

Madara has advanced regen Sasuke didn't...even in initial chakra mode Naruto blitzed Obito sharingan/rennegan version and headbutted him before he could react...Madara is faster than that Naruto and Kakashi is slower than Obito...I fail to see the problem with current Madara getting the best of Kakashi even with an active sharingan.
