Now that Sasuke has his new goals, does he still care about restoring his clan?

I don't think so, as of right now, Sasuke doesn't want babies. It just doesn't fit into his plans, he wants to be alone, and he wants the world to hate him. So, it sounds like he doesn't want the Uchiha clan to be restored.

He has Orochimaru at his disposal to make as many Zetsuke as he would like without getting a boner.
Or any other weird genetic sheet with nuclear weapons and wormhole lazors whatever. I am still shocked by MechaNaruto and Itachi capable of programming cyborgs with sharingan.

That guy has too many ambitions which is a good thing but he just dosent know where to start. If I remember correctly the only goal he achieved was to kill itachi but then again itachi was brought back to life so I'm not sure if you can consider that as killing. Apart from that I don't think he has fulfilled any of his ambitions.
