Amaterasu is the physical power that the MS gives. It is the physical amalgamation that the Mangekyou allows. It’s opposite; Tsukuyomi is entirely spiritual and allows control over the spiritual world residing in the Genjutsu. We know from Itachi that when one gains the EMS, it gives birth to an entirely new Dojutsu; with its own techniques. This could be the new found power of Sasuke's EMS.

Now what is this you ask? Well… We have to note first; Sasuke is the only Uchiha in the series that awakened an entirely new KKG with his Mangekyou. So awakening a new technique when he gained a higher Dojutsu is highly probable given the track record of Sasuke’s Dojutsu techniques and their timeline.

Affixing perception to a "more" physical level would be the basis for the technique. Sasuke’s technique, called Yomi, would tread on his ability to manipulate both Enton (which he has mastered as the physical ability of the Mangekyou) and Tsukuyomi (Spiritual, which he inherited from his brother's eyes). But not Enton nor Tsukuyomi, but the actual properties surrounding them (controlling both the physical aspect of the Mangekyou and the spiritual aspect of the Mangekyou and using them in subsequent unison).

LOOL are you guys serious, out of the whole war and everything naruto did like 70% of the work the other 30% includes sa sasuke and shinobi alliance, his bm mode was crazy giving out so much chakra, able to transfer his feelings and now he can even see some of others past history like what he did with obito let's be honest guys all that with sm and bsm and we all know he will get the other half of kurama, and just a lil feat from sasuke they're even again?

Current sasuke is running off of naruto's juice...I mean Kyubbi chakra Lol, so the only reason why he seems equal to naruto right now is because he's temporary 3-5X stronger thanks to the chakra..Hell the Kyuubi's chakra is probably the only reason he's able to use PS right now..or at the sustain it for so long

How so? Kushina's chains and Minato's FTG aren't correlated at all. Minato's FTG is an external jutsu that anyone can learn. Kushina's chains are due to her chakra. Sasuke using said time control is rooted in one thing only; THE SHARINGAN. More specifically, the eyes of his brother who could control time in a Genjutsu; Itachi.

Just because Itachi's eyes could control time through genjutsu, doesn't even make sense to say Sasuke can manipulate time with his sharingan. Sasuke has had these eyes for how long now and not even a hint of said time manipulation. He even faced Kabuto where time manipulation would have been perfect for Itachi to place genjutsu on him. I understand what you mean by it comes from the sharingan, but when has the sharingan ever worked in the way you're suggesting it could?
