Seeing as how he's already messed up against Gai, he won't be able to attack Naruto and Sauce at full strength. I foresee the Akatsuki treatment; Sasori 2.0. He'll let himself get killed after seeing Naruto and Sasuke achieve such power and realize MT isn't needed.

We haven't even seen his powers. He probably has a Perfect White Susano'o that would stomp the Juubi in 1 shot, or simply a Bijuu Bomb that easily destroys everything on its way.

Don't forget he has Hashirama's Healing Technique and also the Juubi as well. Ever Since Madara became the Juubi Host plot has been restricting him from going all out.

Same thing happened to Obito,the plot can't have the Juubi Jins killing people even though logically that should happen.
