Now that I have watched the movie, toneri wasn't a big deal. Naruto fought him without the full ppwer of the kyuubi. Kyuubi was out fighting some huge statue.

I really want you to say what this feat is. Cuz i dont want to assume its the pulling moon closer to the earth cuz that's not his feat. He simply activated a spell that did that. Once naruto and hinata destroyed the power source. Moon stopped moving closer. If youre looking for someone who has pulled celestial bodies to the earth, i'd refer you to lord Madara.
So what feat?

Haha. True. A lot of good that did him tho. Thats pretty much the only OP thing he did. And what an OP thing it was. If he could harness a fraction of that power into.any of his other attacks. Naruto would have had a harder time. Its kinda like a genin fresh out of academy with indra's arrow in their arsenal. OP technique. But wouldn't help in a fight against a more skilled ninja.

Personally I don't find Toneri's feat very impressive. Not that cutting the moon isn't impressive but well...one the moon was hollow anyway as seen in kyuubi's scene, ot was already breaking apart so it wasn't exactly a "full" moon as large chunks were falling off anyway, and to make matters worse if one compared the size of the moon to earth, it isn't even that big, one juubidama could potentially obliterate the moon and I'm talking about rafflesia juubidama not to speak of a juubi Jin that has more destructive power since the power is more concentrated. Also it was a cutting technique, not a busting technique, a busting technique is what RSM Naruto did to Juubi Jin Madara's chibaku tensei a cutting tech is what sasuke did, toneri cut it, I don't know why people say "bust it". Anyway Toneri does have the most destructive feat of course but that doesn't exactly make him the most threatening. Naruto can go several months without using the kyuubi's chakra but if choji used butterfly bomb and destroyed an entire forest then he has a higher destructive feat than Naruto in the month span but does that make him a threat to Naruto? No because Naruto could just use sage mode or RSM and neg, in other words toneri doesn't have the highest potential destructive feat. When compared to other rikudo users toneri is the only one who has gone full fledge with kaguya being a multi dimension buster when she got serious and Naruto and sasuke were severely weakened in VOTE2 but still showed massive destructive feats still and a thicker endurance than what has been shown with toneri despite being weakened, etc etc. Compared to other rikoido characters toneri is at the bottom list, he's still powerful just not as strong as other rikoudo characters shown.
