Lel u guys are talking as if u have met every girl on this planet.
There are all kinds of girls on this planet....from shy girls like Hinata to forceful girls like Karin. But its the mary sue type female characters that we see in other mangas that don't exist. Even girls like Sakura exist, who have crush on someone forever....no matter how they are treated by that person himself. Then there are badass types, although the number of such girls in reality is almost negligible. And most of us prefer those badass characters who are strong in almost all aspects, but such people hardly exist in reality. Everyone has some weakness.
The major reason people complain about Kishimoto's female characters is because the female characters hardly have any major role in the plot, although that is the problem with almost every shounen out there. xd

i think people took what kishi said way back in his career about not being good at developing woman and ran with it and blew it out of purportion

from what i've seen kishis portrayal of woman isn't the worst by far, granted they don't get near as anuff screen time as the male characters but at least kishi doesnt over sexulse his female characters like many other mangakas would do
