Alright, so I want to make a Uchiha, though I don't want to start off with the powers of the clan. I want to go though life as a normal ninja then one day become the Uchiha known as. For becoming a anbu memeber what will I need to do? I would love links to information.

state that you have to have 1500 posts for an Uchiha Bio that includes the abilities. I don't see why you would not want the abilities but if you are trying to bypass the post count rule then no you cannot. You can make a regular bio and when the time comes (post count) you can resubmit it as an uchiha, plain and simple.

3.) You don't sign up for ANBU. Based on your skills you are CHOSEN by the Kage of the village you should be a part of. If you aren't picked then it must be for a reason or you don't meet their requirements/criteria.

I meant that if I wanted to become a Uchiha in the future, do I have to still wait until I have 1500 posts or could I just start a bio now with the character not having the sharingan then when I have 1500 posts. I make the new bio for it.

You can do that. But you can't state that it's an Uchiha. Make a bio, and then make it an Uchiha once you hit 1500.

You can do that. But you can't state that it's an Uchiha. Make a bio, and then make it an Uchiha once you hit 1500.

Correct. There should be no mention of the Uchiha Clan at all. When you have the sufficient posts then you can re-submit it as an Uchiha and expand the story in your Background Information.
