In truth, after the Bijuu were released, the original plan was to let them go back to their homes. Kurama may choose to stay with Naruto, but it's just a possibility. Like how Gyuuki was going to go back to Killer Bee.

Half of Kurama will probably stay, while the other wanders. Either that or they re combine and live in Naruto (the sage and kurama already talked about this after the kaguya sealing)

Nah, he didn't have it. He only has Yin now. He was gonna get Yang, but Sasuke genjutsu'd all the bijuu including
Yang Kurama and CT'd them all before Naruto could gain the Yang one.
