Personally and this is just a guess but with kakashi being the copy ninja plus he uses the sharingan and mangekyo sharingan like a pro I'd say the abilities he has are:

.The ability to phase through objects and allow people/jutsu etc to pass through him.
.Faster transportation to and from the dimension.
.Obito's Katon:Bakufu Ranbu fire tech
.Obito's tech where he can launch projectiles/weaponry from the dimension at his enemy.
.Izanagi.
.Obito's genjutsu
.Susano'o(Stabilized perfect susano'o).
.Maybe amaterasu.
.Maybe yasaka magatama
And last but not least with a now enormous chakra reserve he'll now be able to use a more powerful kamui plus all the different jutsu we were meant to see but didn't and kakashi will be a lot more deadly/dangerous cause he's now a combo of himself and obito kinda like how madara with hashiramas dna and abilities was a deadly combo of himself and hashirama plus you never know but kakashi might use his abilities via susano'o for example he might use his susano'o to do kamui/ he might allow jutsu to phase through susano'o plus other unpredictable stuff.

I just remembered......you know when kakashi tried and failed to rip off the jubi's head but obito who had kamui aswell prevented that well now kakashi has both mangekyo thus a faster and more powerful kamui he might maybe succeed next time don't you think.

He has Obito's chakra that's why he can have his eyes. It pretty much means he can use Katon.

You forgot Obito's yin yang release and Six path Justus

Since Obito has Hashirama cells, he can use these techniques like Madara.

Sasuke has Hashirama's chakra, but we don't see him using Wood Release.

Naruto gave the whole alliance Kyubi chakra, but we didn't see them all using Tailed Beast Bomb.
