Omg are you guys serious. We all know Minato's FTG is faster than Tobiramas. Example when he used the Ftg to teleport to the battlefield and got their before Tobirama. Tobirama even admitted it.

. Hence the reason Madara could react to it.its not as fast as Minatos.
