Well they did always say that he knew every jutsu in the village (that isn't clan-restricted, presumably).

He knew and could use all learnable Leaf Jutsu which also includes Clan Jutsu which Databook 4 states.

Scale down RSM Naruto to Hokage Naruto (1/10 let's assume)
Now Naruto has been Hokage for 4 years max and Hiruzen had been Hokage for much much longer. I don't rememember exactly but he had been Hokage for 40-50 years. So he would have gotten 100- 125 times weaker
So strength of Prime Hiruzen ~ 100-125 times of Old Hiruzen > Kaguya. Prime Hiruzen hype confirmed :sdo:
