As the title said, i final think i got it.
Latest chapter 646 states, the Princess gave birth to SO6P.
SO6P had to sons.
We all know, the Juubi tree has Wood element and Rinnegan+Sharingan.
The elder son took the eyes juubi tree eyes: Rinnegan + Sharingan.
The younger son took the Body Juubi tree body: Since plants live long(heard of trees lived for 1000 years)+ Moukoton.
We thought SO6P power was divided to 2 sons but i guess, the powers of juubi in SO6P was transfer, just like naruto whiskers.
It was also told Princess gave birth to SO6P but it didn't mention only to SO6P
So i guess she may have any other son/daughter.
Great power enough to stop the war was inside the fruit, then can't the second son/Daughter of the princess had the power which became the Uzumaki clan.
So the second son/Daughter might helped to seal the juubi, thus being well in sealing jutsus...
from the chapter both mother and son had different surname so i guess it.
Still this whole shit may be wrong, we know about kishi.
