Actually it's mostly Naruto fans that deny it, Sasuke fans are the ones saying he used RSM to go against Shin, joking about how Sasuke only used 3T to beat Shin.

Tsb are really irrelevant now anyway, Naruto fought a tsb user in bsm and won without using rikudou chakra.
Gaiden Naruto with rsm and no tsb is still top tier.

They're not irrelevant, they're just too OP to use on fodder below JJ Madara's level. There wouldn't be a Gaiden if Naruto used Onmyoudon in his fights

The form You show is rsm plus bijuus

This can still happen as he is the bijuu link. The sage said he'd be like that forever knowing that he was going to fight so it didn't run out.
