Why don't you just try deleting History, cleaning your firefox and stuff with a program called CCleaner? Or simple looking up your problems on Google

Delete Chrome from your comp then install it again. Go to history [CTRL H] then clear the browsing data.

Check off these boxes:
Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data
Empty the cache
