does that mean danzo could almost KA again ? that's just hours , or even minutes after the last time he used it in the summit . yet he implied that he can't use it multiple times a day

I was under the impression that enough time passed between the two uses. Plus you never know how precise translations are. Aaaand Danzo was probably lying as well.
