okay, so by the advice of those who commented on my thread before, thanks

first of all, forgive me for posting this, as I just really need an explanation XD

well, i just want to ask this question...


Is/are the word/s ni**a/ni***s/ni***r prohibited on being used?
The word is really mainstream but as I know or I hear from others, the word must not be used in order to avoid any racial discrepancy...

In answer to your question, considering it was a word used by white people to demean, insult and belittle black people over history, no the word is not OK for anyone other than black people to use, not in my opinion.

It no longer implies only racism anymore. It has now become a slang, as in when you refer to someone as "my n*gga"it means that they are your buddy.

I do discourage you from using it if people actually find it demeaning though. I also discourage you from shouting "RACIST!" on an internet forum when someone calls someone else a n*gga. They probably aren't racist.
