Everyone should know that. Every clan whose KG or any related trait for that matter has alien heritage.
Uchiha, Senju, Hyuuga, Kaguya (right?), Uzumaki (if being cousins of Senju validates its blood relation), and the very clan of Ootsutsuki.

The kaguya clan have points above their eyes and a special hair part, those are common traits of every Ootsutsuki we saw, still they weren' t confirmed to be from Ootsutsuki lineage.

You don't understand genetics.

Hamura didn't have any power to split hence why there was no splitting. The Senju and Uchiha are direct descendants of Hagoromo, a splitting of power isn't the same as a splitting of ancestry.
