The stark difference from imperfect to perfect SM is that the user senses and power are heightened greater to 30x ninjustu and taijustu (For Toad) and having a 3X speed increase, also having a 30 damage reduction or shaving and healing 10 hp per turn, last also being able to cast genjustu and needing one more rank require to break it.
