i will get straight to the point, madara knows something obito doesn't know. wether it's from the tabet or another source, the plan is not going to be as simple as obito thinks. it's not that madara is going to replace obito, i think madara is going to do something obito doesn't know is possible.
considering that madara lived really long because he was connected to the ten tails shell taking chakra from it, and that we just saw that the ten tails can also absorb chakra (like from people or from tailed beasts), in fact the shell was used exclusivly to absorb in or to give out chakra. we can pretty much assume the tree has an absurd amount of chakra now that he can give to any person. and madara wants to be that person.
that was his plan from the very beginning, while he was absorbing chakra from the shell. he wants to use the tree to absorb all the chakra in the world and insert into himself making everyone weaker and himself the strongest. turning into a god or maybe just a king or ruler that controls everything. it also fits with madara's napoleonian complex believing everyone else is beneath him.
it's a wild guess, i know, but i think those points support it enough. what do you think?
