[Technical Issue] Not getting Notifications?

I'm not getting any notifications from any Quotes so I have to manually go to the thread and it's tedious. Is this supposed to happen?

Last time I was on NB (several years ago) it would notify me about everything.​

That's a bug in the notification system, been going on for years.

I never dare look at mine, they just count up 100 then they reset.
