Depends what SM.
Toad SM can be used by almost anyone, if they know how to balance the chakra.
DSM recquires to me Jugo's clans cells. Maybe not necessary, but it is a factor.
Hashirama's SM isn't only for him maybe. We don't know why Tobirama wasn't interested. Maybe it didn't give him any good advantsges. Maybe it recquires a lot of chakra.

Lol that certainly isn't true kabuto used those cells because he wanted to eliminate the disadvantage of him to have a fixed and decreasing amount of nature energy as like Jiraiya and Naruto's SM

Senju and Uzumaki are related so it is understandable that Uzumaki can use sage mode.
Kabuto had Juugo and Uzumaki Karin DNA, so he could get sage mode too.

kabutos hair is white, j-mans hair is white.. and so is tobiramas - senju. we do not know anything about where kabuto came from and we do not know anything about jiraya and his lineage... so?! anybody?

Well Tobirama had no red markings and his hair was white from birth..

I dunno why though and also Jiraiya had some markings too. I think not every senju has high chakra reserves I guess.
