Bold was never my argument, I don't know who started that. But I will say that to be able to accelerate in such high movement underwater despite all of that drag to slow objects down, from physics standpoint is quite impressive imo. also, the whole "invisible" part of lee's blurr is due to everyone in base form. surely Kakashi, sasuke and neji would be able to focus and visually track it with their dojutsu active.

I don't think Neji really kept up with Naruto. The only way for us to know that he can truly keep up with Naruto is if Naruto actually fought Neji in taijutsu after his powerup which we didn't see.

And you don't have any proof that Neji would loose against KN0 for certain with just speed.
