So after the last two episodes, and especially the reveal of last night's episode, I came up with this theory. Ms Blake is Paige, Derek's first romance. I know it sounds far fetched but this is a show that deals with the supernatural.

Right now I'll pretty much believe anything that's going on with the show lol. Like I had no idea or even suspected that Ms Blake was the killer. AAAANNNDDD Scott needs to turn into a true Alpha already like for real....
