The english text was a quick, free, fan translation where certain concepts, verb/noun agreements and sentence structures in the original Japanese don't have a direct, unambiguous translation into English. Don't put too much stock on individual bits of broken grammar. It's obvious from the accompanying illustration that Bee is aiming for the eye of the Juubi.
