hey i tried having a conversation with someone and the told it was impossible, i need to know why

Could be because you're new. Did you try talking via Visitor message (VM) or Private message (PM)?

Can you be mores specific? The only thing I can think of with the info you gave is either that it's a temporary glitch or that you tried to message someone who has restricted his/her VMs/PMs to friend list only.

Maybe there VM access it restricted. Your query is too vague to pin pint the reason. Does PMing them works? What's the name of the user?
