He taught Obito the basic 6paths plus the Outer Path, and defensive Uchiha kenjutsu to ensure that the Gedo would be unharmed during the transformation process. He taught him what was needed to ensure Madaras revival and how to carry out the plan.

Im pretty sure obito can use many techniques, it's just we didn't see him do them. Same for madara.

Madara taught Obito Rikudou techniques without the rinnegan.

So Obito can summon Gedo and use rikudou techniques without the eyes (only senju+uchiha DNA),but Madara said it was the full power of the rinnegan that unable him to use those techniques......Or so I think.

I have a feeling that he knows it, but can't do it.

No, because as far as we know, the Rinbō Hengoku is a technique that resides within the right Rin'negan eye much like how the Amaterasu resides within the right Sharingan eye and Tsukuyomi resides within the left one. Obito didn't have the right Rin'negan and even if he did, there is absolutely nothing that implies Madara taught him the Rinbō Hengoku.

As far as we know, he only taught him about the basic six paths. Nothing more, nothing less. Much like Nagato, he most likely didn't know absolutely anything about the Rinbō Hengoku nor how to use it.​
