If Sakura, by any chance, gets together with Naruto at the end of the manga, it will mean Naruto is nothing but an alternative choice to her.

And after today's chapter, it's confirmed that Sakura always loved Sasuke, she has seen Naruto like a brother/friend, nothing more.

Even though I dislike Naruto as a character, Sakura choosing the protagonist as an alternative will be really insulting. Or maybe it doesn't matter, because Naruto has always been a loser who wanted nothing but respect and appreciation. Out of the HST protagonists, Naruto has worst personality in terms of self respect.

Luffy occassionally protests when he finds out somebody's deliberately trying to humiliate him. Never seen Naruto do that

And Sakura is the shallowest character in Naruto manga by far, seldom we get to see such a shameless character in fictional writing

Well if pairings do happen, unfortunately I think it may be Sakura-Sasuke in the end, I hope not because it would be awful writing but I can see it happening. If not, it would be insulting if she ends up with Naruto for sure, I'm not a fan of Naruto but he doesn't deserve that shit. That's why I hope it's neither with Sakura, it should be someone alike Rock Lee, it would be the best for the series.
