Naruto could only stay in KCM for 5 minutes. From this point Naruto engaged in an intense battle of the TBBs vs the other jinchuriki & Bijuu.when KM Naruto finally takes the ROD out , but right after he does it the clone reverts out of KM and goes poof... in the next panel Tobi finally shows his full body thus coming out of Kamui all together... Shikaku asks AO to fill him in on what's happening because AO(sensor & Byakugan) combining with Inoichi & the others are watching the battle..
pretty much while Naruto is fighting the other jinchuriki during the grueling TBB struggle, Tobi keeps disappearing (off panel) while they are fighting. When he IS visible (ON panel) however, he is only showing his upper body (head, arms, shoulders) and there are Kamui lines all around him & his lower body isn't visible..
That's because he is partially hiding in Kamui (phasing portions of his body) until KM Naruto finally wears off after he pulls the ROD out of SON GOKU Tobi's whole body finally appears again..
:O it looked a lot better than this , but I lost a lot of my data and I didn't feel like doing it over sorry..
this is when the Rod is pulled out & Tobi finally shows his whole body again after Naruto's clone disappears*dies*

Basically Shikaku has the battle described to him from the people who actually gets to see it.

It was during Obito's battle with Naruto
when Naruto squared off against the Tailed Beasts/ Jinchuriki
Here Shikaku asks AO the situation as AO/ Inoichi use Mind Transfer assistance to watch whats going on during Naurto's battle
in these two pages he converse with Inoichi about numbers, seconds, time...
it takes longer than they initially thought as he *Inoichi* finally finishes his speech
Shikaku mentions Inoichi's feelings as he thinks to himself once again.(like he did in both pages)
Naruto mentions he doesn't have much TIME left in KM
