North Korean News are making their people believe their country won the World Cup

Even though North Korea didn't qualify on this year's world cup, the news are making people in there believe that they will go to the finals against Portugal. This videos had a few edits in order to falsify their victory and celebration. North Korea qualified through last year's world cup , which they got crushed by Portugal 7-0 , and you thought Brazil was the only one.
As you see the following made up results were
PRK 7-0 JPN (Do They hate Japan that much)
PRK 4-0 USA (Howard it's too good to get defeated like that)
PRK 2-0 China (which didn't qualify as well)
It's funny and sad at the same time that this country uses media to brainwash people making them believe that their country is the best at sports. Actually the North Korea women are kinda good at playing soccer, but they were banned from the 2015 Women's world cup after North Korea had several players test positive for performance-enhancing drugs during the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup, which makes them cheaters. Gotta feel bad for many people in there due to the lies they tell them.
Thoughts? Also any Korean Users in here who can translate on what the woman is saying.

I also posted it a few minutes ago but deleted it, many of my friends told me this was fake, the dialect they are using is not of North korea (Pyongyang dialect). They never use the phrase "fighting".

Also not many legit news sites aren't backing this up. Even Reddit has struck it out.

Reports are showing its a spoof, albeit an awesome one which fooled many news sites too.
Most of the world cup matches are being broadcasted in north korea, so many people there know they haven't qualified.
