North Korea has always been in a 'state of war' with the South, ever since 1953. Nothing new there.

It all comes down to whether Kim Jong-un has any substance behind his threats, or whether he's assassinated before he can even push a button. Regardless of who he attacks, N. Korea will get wiped off the map to ensure he's no longer a threat.

The world is not going to go into a full nuclear exchange over North Korea.
