Noriaki Sugiyama(Sasuke) does buford?

i feel terrible for bringing this up but according to wikipedia, the voice actor Noriaki Sugiyama (Sasuke's voice actor IN JAPAN) also does the voice acting of this character from an american kid cartoon...

i've also known Sugiyama has done also Bleach and Hetalia, which i don't know anything about, i'm just surprised that this voice actor does a disney show for japan....
am i the only one that thinks this is interesting?
