( Raiton: Chidori Shinso ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

This is a advance version of the lightning spear. Now with the spear alone, you could move it around and cut through many tough rocks. The spear is very useful to keep a distance away from an opponent, it also acts as a chidori which on contact will numb the area of the opponent if caught. You can wield the spear with great ease, it can cut through the most solid of metals. Its great to use to finish an opponent off, and the spear when release is very quickly. Now the spear extends mid-range (10m). The spear now if the opponent is pierced by it, the user can send extra chakra to the tip to create a explosion which can destroy the opponents inside. Its very deadly.

Perform the technique-I dash at a imaginary opponent/tree(I’m running out of things to destroy), As I generate a chidori by channeling raition chakra into my hand. I then continue to use my chakra within the chidori to manipulate the shape of the lightning turning it into a lightning spear as I practice swinging and slashing it with ease. Using more chakra I extend the blade into mid range. I then pierce a nearby boulder and send extra chakra at the very tip in order to cause it to explode sending pieces of the boulder scattering everywhere.
Creative uses/strengths: It is good in close range hand to hand/sword to sword exchanges. It can also be used as a deterrent to keep the enemy away from you if you want them to stay at a certain range. Although it is a melee type attack it can reach up to mid range which is pretty useful. This would be good to use if you get caught up fighting a Samurai or kenjutsu specialty
Drawbacks/counters: To maintain the blade you must continue channeling Raition chakra which means you can’t use other attacks while this one is active. You are also vunerable to water jutsu which will end up turning this technique against you. Even when facing another equally powerful jutsu this jutsu may not be large enough to stop it.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

After doing the hand seals the opponent will generate a blinding light from their body. The light can easily blind the opponent obscuring the opponents vision, this is best to use against an Uchia, Byakugan users can see through it easy, I would also say its good to use against a Rinnegan user. The performance is quite slow but the light is generated fast. Its a very simple technique, and its meant for combo making. You can anticipate that the opponent will try to use an attack on you. When the user does use this jutsu, they will not be able to even look at the user for the duration. Notes are that the longer you keep generating your chakra the longer the light stays but you must keep focus and can not be able to use another technique. Its great to use with an ally or clone who is right behind you, not worrying about the light.

Perform the technique-I perform the handseals Ram, Horse, Snake and Tiger and I channel the chakra all throughout my body. Once enough chakra has been gathered I release all of my chakra at once to create a blinding light composed raition chakra. I sustain my chakra in order to make the flash last a bit longer then I end the technique(I then place Noni in a genjutsu in which I made the battlefield all nice and lovely with flowers. LOL. Jkjk)
Creative uses/strengths: This is good to stop the tracking/visual abilities of certain doujutsu users like Uchiha and Rinnegan. It also effects the average ninja so that they cannot see you for a brief period. It will force them to be on the defensive and pressure them into not making any mistakes. This is good to place the opponent in a genjutsu right afterward.
Drawbacks/counters: This jutsu hurts eye sight but it is not really dangerous to the enemy physically. To make the effects last longer you will need to pour more chakra into it preventing use of other techniques. You can attack the user with Suiton so they can electrocute themselves, and also this can’t be used while on water. It also can only be used once every three turns

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

I'll be explaining this technique as if you have a regular bio and not a kakashi bio. The user will do 3 hand seals and create a serious condensed amount of raiton which appears almost completely white. It has a serious amount of power so much though that it can cut through actual lightning making it one of the most powerful techniques in the lightning jutsu list its power is so noticable you can hear the lightning current as well as see the lightning revolve around the user due to the insane concentration. It is mainly used as a melee weapon great for close range battle, it is the type of technique a opponent does not want to get close to, it can easily be used in combo with other close combat attacks like taijutsu, or hold a sword in the other hand to always keep up to battle in close range. This technique has the ability to cut through many dense objects. In short it is very similar to chidori but in a more advanced form.

Perform the technique-(My favorite ^^) There was no doubt the chidori and its variations were strong but as instructed I knew this would be even stronger which was a little intimidating. I first perform the Ox, Rabbit, Monkey handseals and I begin to channel massive amounts of Raition chakra into my right hand. As I continue to channel the chakra I grab my wrist with my free hand as I try to stabilize and control it. Raition lightning starts to revolve around me as I complete the jutsu. I then cancel the jutsu.
Creative uses/strengths: Once again as a melee attack it can be used to deter close ranged fighters and is a great move to finish off opponents. It can also be used in combination with other close ranged attacks. However it can also move up to long range as a projectile allowing you to follow up with other jutsu. This is good to use once an enemy has been knocked off balanced or held in stasis for whatever reason.
Drawbacks/counters: As you have to use this short range as you charge toward the enemy you might become vunerable to Suiton depending on the technique. The handseals might slow it down some but it is not that bad. You can counter this by using an A rank wind attack or using an extremely large attack, or even attack underneath to stop them from rushing toward you.

Description: The user performs (Raiton: Raikiri) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blade and splits it in two, covering both hands in Lightning. He will then perform a melee attack at the enemy, unleashing the powerful lightning into him.

The user will create the lightning blade and split in in half with the other hand. This will mean the opponent will have two lightning blades in each hand. Each being the power of A-Rank due to splitting them in half. Then with blazing speed you will zig-zag to the opponent and slam them with both the blades killing the opponent and paralyzing them. The speed of the movement is very quick, and due to the zig-zag moving it becomes difficult for the opponent to attack since the user is moving in a confusing pattern, it would be best to use wide range attack or to manipulate the ground to slow down or trip the opponent up. Its a brilliant technique and hard to counter but you do have to get in close range which can harm you if the user is a great tai expert.

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.

Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

The famous jutsu Sasuke portrayed. Now after using at least a B-Rank fire jutsu and sending it into the atmosphere. You will wait one turn for dark storm clouds to generate over the battlefield and they will be with real, large and powerful lightning. Then the user will perform the chidori and then send the lightning dragon from the clouds down towards the opponent. This is one of the most lethal jutsus, now its almost impossible to evade. Only if you have S/T can you evade this technique, other then that you must have a absolute defense. Examples could be that of Susano'o, their are other examples but not on the jutsu list mainly if you have a special bio or able to create a strong custom to defend against it. Now this does not mean you have to take the kirin head on, it takes one turn to create the clouds, so you are best to blow them away with wind technique, its also best to try and make sure the opponent does not have a clear view of yourself. Its one of the deadliest techniques, and tough to stop but it takes very long to perform.

If you don't have the fire jutsu for this jutsu, skip it.

Perform the technique-I first create/channel a large amount of Raition chakra into both of my hands. The lightning begins to form around me as I work to control the chakra. I then divide that chakra as I separate my hands that were close together and bring them to my sides. In an unpredictable zigzagging manner I dash toward a point at quick speeds and I thrust my hands forward which would have released lightning into the enemy.
Creative uses/strengths: This is a good jutsu to simply dodge projectile based attacks while going on the offensive. This is good also a good jutsu to get in short range if you like fighting close and the enemy prefers to stay at mid range. Its best that you are also a good close range fighter if you want to use this technique.
Drawbacks/counters: Wide ranged attacks would negate the difficulty of hitting someone precisely with the zigzagging pattern as that would not help avoiding wide spread attacks. Also effecting the ground with lets say swamp of the underworth, Destructive earth pillars or other jutsu’s coming from underneath would be helpful. You could also in a sense use a large suiton jutsu so they would run into it and electrocute themselves.

Perform the technique-I first look straight ahead as I perform one handseal and began to focus super heated chakra into my lungs as I inhale. I focus on the images of Dragons then I exhale as I lift my head toward the sky. I divide the chakra to form three fireballs that have been manipulated to look much like dragons that soar into the sky and consequently cause a thunderstorm to present itself on the battlefield. Once that has been completed I then begin to perform the 11 handseals needed for chidori sense you need chidori to control the thunder. As I generate the large amounts of raition to my palm I raise my hand and channel my chakra to the sky and take control of the lightning. I then release/or send that lightning straight down at blinding speeds to a far away ant hill that has been bothering me for some time. The lightning blast eradicates all in its viscinity as it struck with blinding speeds.
Creative uses/strengths: Most people if smart will try to stop the conditions from being met so they do not have to face Kirin. So to avoid people trying to halt your plan you could use a clone to either destract the enemy while you set the conditions up, or have a shadow clone set the conditions up using the fire jutsu while you by time, and then switch roles as you use Kirin while the clone again distracts the enemy.
Drawbacks/counters: If you want to use Kirin in you must spend at least three moves trying to set up the conditions of Kirin (If they are not set) and the opponent has a chance to counter in between one of those moves especially the first one. They can simple stop the fire from reaching the sky. I know that last time someone tried that I used the Earth dropping lid. If the fire reaches the sky you can blow away the clouds. Being a smoke user I can easily obscure the vision of my opponent. So between everything that happens it usually takes about two or more turns to really get this off. Also if you haven’t mastered Raition the chidori handseals will slow your combo down.

To negate a jutsu like mud swamp, you need a lightning jutsu that spreads through the ground. Nagashi is always the best bet.
