Perform the technique: After making two clones, one of them forms a hand seal and spews out a massive volume of wind as the other clone spews out a fireball that hits the ground and greatly expands. Due to them being used at the same time, the massive maelstrom of fire and wind continues onwards and incinerates trees on contact as the real Penguin is safely behind the two, watching the intense fire burn anything in it's path.
Creative uses/strengths: At the beginning of a battle, I could use the kage bunshin technique and then with my new two teammates, they can use this technique as I sneakily hide or attack from a different angle.
Drawbacks/counters: It requires a clone. ;-;

I have a question. Does that move count as two moves since it involves two separate jutsu, or does it count as one move?

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

Already this technique is a large one. Perform the hand seal and gather up a huge amount of chakra inside your mouth, then from that you will release it as a steam of fire that forms into a wall of flames, this wall is not small. It is massive in both vertical and horizontal ways, does widespread damage to everywhere in front of you, but the downside is it is quite slow.

Perform the technique: Oenguin forms one hand seal as he kneads chakra and channels it up into his mouth. Penguin then expels the chakra which turns into a huge wall of flames that travels at the opponent. The wall of flames are massive and scorching to the touch, roasting anything in it's way.
Creative uses/strengths: Blocking LoS then going underground and attacking from behind. Using this against an A-rank suiton to create mist then sneak attacking.
Drawbacks/counters: It blocks the LoS and is slow. Sometimes, you need to maintain a LoS due to lack of sensory.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Few seals, gather up a large amount of fire chakra in your mouth then release it as a massive steam of fire, the range is crazy. Pretty much it is a massive flame-thrower released from your mouth. It makes pretty much big things look small.

Perform the technique: Penguin began focusing on himself and combining his physical and spiritual energies together. Once done, Penguin could feel the chakra flowing throughout his body. Penguin then began to think about fire and it's properties, giving his chakra a katon nature. Penguin then channels the katon chakra into his throat as he strings together a few hand seals and spews out the chakra continuously as a stream. Using nature and shape manipulation, Penguin causes the stream of chakra to expand into a stream of huge fire.
Creative uses/strengths: Using a wind jutsu with this attack would be nice, as long as you have a kage bunshin handy. It would be so stronk. Plus it's so big.
Drawbacks/counters: Streams and streams. Not cool dude. Hand seals are not cool either.
