Uses, I'd rather use this when the opponent sends another D-Rank jutsu at me. I can't use it against a big ranged C-Ranked Wind jutsu, because this little spew of fire will just be blown. Purposes, not really much since it's little and all. But it can be deadly too. I might use this to temporarily burn a little part of an opponent, but the problem is it can be easily countered. So its hard to use. Advantages, it's a spew of fire. That's er, good, besides I can use this against low-ranked shinobi since they don't have that much training yet. Disadvantages, seems like it cant kill a big C-Rank wind jutsu since it's size would just blow that little spew off. Counter, this seems good.

Uses, maybe when the opponent moves fast, like he's in some kind of Raikage armor. I attack with this everywhere, but it's not convenient since it's very low ranked. I can also use this when there are many peeps and I wanna burn some peeps down. Purposes, I think its main purpose is to attack many people, or at least prevent others to dodge by releasing it in a straight line. Advantages, it's quantity. Disadvantages, its quality. I mean, releasing too many will make the others like E rank or even lower. Counter, this seems nice, but obviously not the best.

Uses, this one's really nice actually. A large D-Rank fireball is awesome. I'd release it then grab some kind of explosive kunai so it'll blow up U.U Purposes, to dwarf a C-Rank wind? Unlike the first one, this one is large. That makes a difference. Advantages, it's largeness despite being a D-Rank. Pretty rare, actually. Disadvantages, it's handseals. One of the very few D Ranks requiring handseals. Counter, this sounds good. (Last wind jutsu in C-Rank. Copy paste is busted again, sorry .___.)
