As Gaara sees the jet of flames sent at him, he focuses his suiton chakra quicky while performing the Ram - Horse - Bird handseals. This then creates a spinning water vortex around Gaara which sheilds him from the incoming attack.

Description:
Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

Perform the four seals, then inhale a great amount of air, that you will mix with your fire chakra, from that you will release your fire chakra in the form of some fireballs (let's say 2 for the time being) you will aim up into the air. Then they will rain down upon my clone, doing large amount of damage everywhere around my clone, and the clone itself.

• You can use this technique irrespective of the range.
  It can be used to take down multiple target.
  It can be a distraction from above while you attack from below

Disadvantages

• There might not be time for you to weave 4 handseals in some situation
  I'd say this technique is too obvious

Counter seeing the fireball raining from above, Gaara quickly forms a relatively short sequence of hand-seals: Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger, Gaara releases a large amount of chakra from his mouth. As the chakra is released, it immediately assumes the form of water and swirls around the user in a full circular pattern, with height reminiscent of a fence.
Perform: Gaara focuses his chakra in his lungs. He then thought about the wildness of fire to convert it into Katon chakra while weaving the Horse > Tiger >Snake > Ram handseals as he inhales air into his lungs and then exhales the chakra, nature manipulating it into 8 great fireballs which goes up above the opponent and comes raining down on the opponent, causing explosions.

So grab out a scroll from your back pocket and unwrap it, then by inserting your fire chakra into the scroll you will release a large dragon made out of fire, they will race towards your intending target. This can't be controlled, I believe. So you have to aim it in the direction of your target, once the dragon reaches the target, it will explode. For the explosion the dragon has to make contact with the target.

  More lethal as it explodes on impact
  They speed of the dragon should be fast. I believe

Disadvantages

• - It needs a scroll
  Can't work in long range
  You can't control the dragon once you release it

(Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion

Description: The user summons a tiger made of flames from a scroll, directing it towards the target, and attaching itself onto the target and explode causing massive damage on detonation making it similar to a paper bomb.

Similar to the last, releasing a animal from a scroll made out of fire. Sending it towards your intended target, the only difference is that it actually attaches itself onto your target and explodes similar to that of a paper bomb, I like this a little more then the other one. Can't control, but does more damage, who doesn't like that?

This technique is almost the same as the previous one.

Advantages:

• It explodes causing more damage
  It attaches itself to the opponent. So, if the opponent tries to run after being hit, its pointless.
  Its a fast jutsu ( Fast to set up and also attack)

Disadvantages:

• It requires great accuracy to get the opponent.
  The Tiger can not be controlled when released
  Won't work on a moving target/ A fast bio as they'll move once the Tiger is released

How would you use this technique in battle:
Using Twist release : Twister shot and then using this technique as follow up.

Counter: Seeing the Tiger running towards him, Gaara focuses his Suiton chakra and weaves the Snake - Rat - Snake - Tiger handseals
. He then expelled a wall of water from his mouth which extinguish the incoming Tiger
Water style : Water Encampment wall

Perform: First, Gaara dipped his hands into his back pocket and removed a scroll. He then unwrapped the scroll. Gaara then focuses his chakra long and hard. After he had focused his chakra, he thought about the wildness of fire and changed it into Katon chakra. He flowed the chakra through his hands into the scroll. He then manipulates his chakra to summon a fire Tiger. The Tiger attacks the opponent and stuck to his body as if it had been glued. It then explodes like a paper bomb, killing the opponent

Description: The user after combining Fire Release: Intense pain and Wind Release: Pressure Damage at the same time. This creates a blast that is so intense that a standard water technique (ex : Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) can only at most soften of the impact. It was successsfully stopped by Yamato and Naruto's Typhoon water vortex.
Note: Can only be used either with a clone or with an ally

A combo between the two. You need a clone, or someone else to even use this technique, but the outcome is massive. Massive damage to your target, your surroundings everything, even you if you are caught in it.

Pretty much just use both the techniques that are in the description.

• Very strong technique. Difficult to stop
  It won't be easy for the opponent to stop both you and the clone. so, at least one will get released
  The only way to stop the wind is to use Forbidden water which does self damage

Disadvantages:

• Works only long range
  Needs a lot of time to set up since you have to set up a clone and then do 2 techniques again
  Chakra wasting because of the clone

How would you use this technique in battle: Blinding the opponent with Genjutsu : Bringer of darkness, then moving out to long range and releasing the jutsu

Counter:Seeing the water coming, Gaara creates a clone. They both focus chakra, and then they change the chakra to suiton chakra. After changing it to suiton, the clone channels the chakra from his lungs through his mouth and expels a torrent of water creating a barricade.

Gaara too weaves the Boar - Dog - Ram handseals and channels the chakra through his hand to form a spiralling vortex of water to cancel out the jutsu
Water style : Destruction torrent
Perform: Gaara first using the clone technique. After this, the clone focuses his chakra in his lungs and after focusing quite a lot, he changed it to fuuton chakra, he then performs the Ram handseal and releases the chakra through the mouth. He nature manipulates it to form a huge blast of wind towards the opponent.
Also, while the clone was doing that, Gaara focuses his chakra in his lungs and manipultes it into Katon chakra... After this, he nature manipulates it into fire that he breaths out.
