Totsuka Blade, Kamui, and FTG all are chakra based. Those won't work against Obito. He cancell them out not absorb them. Trying to Kamui him would fail, Tobirama used FTG in the last chapter and it failed against Obito. Why do you think Totsuka Blade would work? Obito smashed a big hole into Sasuke's Susanoo with ease. Itachi's Susanoo wouldn't fair any better.

I really doubt that Obito will be able to cancel Kakashi's Kamui...

Obito can cancel any kind of ninjutsu ....He can cancel Kakashi's Kumui even without his Kumui ....He nullified Amatersu which is a special ability of MS just like Kumui.....He can do the same thing with Kumui while being attackee by the kumui....!
