Damn, you're right. I also just noticed that nobody in Naruto has EVER used the bathroom. And I'm not sure how Naruto survives when he only eats ramen, and that's only once every 6 months. It's almost as if the story only shows important details, and unimportant fluff happens behind the scenes!

Manga time a few days, our perception base on how long it takes the manga to come out seems months but to the Characters its ben days, yet sleep, and food depredation is real right now they eat food pills for hunger and probably a coffee or tea pill so shake the fatigue and sleep,eventually they will need real sleep and solid food.

they rested one night,and continued to fight from the day to the night,not to mention they made shifts to let some of them take a rest.

yet poor naruto he was running from the sunrise until midnight,with a minimum of 7 clones one in each of the various battlefield,meaning he has fought like 7 days.
