Non-Edo Ems Madara (without senju dna) vs Obito (without jinchurikis or Gedo Mazo)

As the title states could Obito defeat an alive EMS Madara without the rinnegan or senju dna.

I honestly see Obito winning this, I mean Obito should be able to dodge anything Madara throws at him without needing to stay intangible for 5 minutes. And I feel like Madara's chakra would run out faster because all his main techniques seem to be on such a large scale. Obito needs to just keep dodging until Madara runs out of chakra.

taking away madaras rinnegan and mokuton doesnt even nerf him as all of that is tiers below PS. they arent used when madara is serious.

But obito is one of the fastest shinobi around, his dodging skills are on point even if he doesn't use kamui. I figured he would need to use kamui after every little bit to avoid a fatal blow, but he doesn't need to stay materialized for five minutes straight
