I can't tell if we'll have rustled jimmies on the subject or not, but I do want to say this.

There are some people who can be very Radical when it comes to their amendment rights. Me personally, I know that my mother has been pulled over on multiple occasions for senseless reasons all because she's black, and it angers me that that happens. What's even worst is that police like to make a riot out of an issue when it comes to searches. I personally believe that in some cases like border patrol or crossing into states, you should allow it, but in an overall situation where you assume someone is just carrying drugs on them, or you pull someone over because they're "1 mile over the speed limit" and you need to search their entire car without any regard for what's in it, I stand against that.

Your 4th amendment right protects you in the way that was shown in the video, yes.

I disagree with the guy on the video. Sure amendments are ours but the land is the governments. So many times have people been denied their rights because when it comes down to it we really don't have any.

He was just being difficult for youtube. But at most stops like that and even most places people won't react until you start acting sketchy, which he was to prove a point.

The "rights" we have as Americans is apart of the illusion that makes us feel free. But in reality you'll learn that many Americans, including civil servants don't know the rights we have.
